The two parts of the cottage can be booked separately:

Old house : 4-7 adults + optional mobile bed + optional baby bed
Apartman : 2-4 adults + optional mobile bed + optional baby bed

The below prices are valid all year round for low season. High season price is 10 % additional.

Low season : Jan.3. - June19.,  Aug.29. - Dec.22.

High season :  March 12 - 15, April 22 - 25, June 10 - 13, June 20 - August 28, December 22 - 2012 January  2 .

Tourist tax for adults is to be payed separately : 250 Ft/ person/night in 2011
 

Discounts:

- Free for all children under the age of 3
- Children aged 3 - 10 years : 2000 ft /person/night

- ask for special offer in low season weekdays

Price includes bed linen, little towel, fire wood for grill, cleaning ( once within a 6 day reservation, over 6 days, additional cleaning is included ), water, electricity, heating ( excuding winter heater during stay ), other accessories of house.

General conditions :
- Minimal booking period : 2 nights
- Minimal booking period in high season : 3 days  - Christmas, New Year and other public holidays are subject to individual agreement
- Gas consumption for heating: to be paid occasionally according to the gas-meter
- Extra bed : 2000 Ft

Other conditions:
- Exclusivity :  30 % extra for 5-6 persons for the Old Cottage ! (In case there is no previous booking made for the Apartman) Exclusivity for the Apartman is not possible.
- Reservation : Any booking is secured by paying a deposit: This is 50 % of the expected cost of stay made by bank transfer, according to e-mail or fax confirmation (in case of cancellation 21 days before arrival the deposit is reimbursed )
- Booking is confirmed through e-mail or fax.
